Service description
ReservaDoc is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare professionals. We facilitate the search, booking, and management of medical appointments. We are not a healthcare provider and do not replace the doctor-patient relationship.
User accounts
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Bookings and appointments
Appointments are confirmed once the booking process is completed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Specific cancellation policies may vary by practitioner.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure providers (Stripe). Prices are set by each healthcare professional. ReservaDoc charges a commission for platform usage.
Limitation of liability
ReservaDoc is not responsible for the quality of medical services provided by professionals. We act as technology intermediaries and not as healthcare providers.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
